I set my goals Sunday the 1st of April to be
1. Under 100kg in 100days
2. To turnover 100k and have 20k in the bank or paid off towards debts and the balance in the bank
3. To move for a average of 100 Minutes per days
4. To not drink alcohol
5. To not eat sugar
6. To cut back and remove Carbohydrates from my diet
7. GET UO EARLIER EACH DAY
8. Give it all 100 per cent plus some
To have focus, energy, 2ill power, stress resilience, brain power
be calmer, healthier, look to improve my longevity, be a great dad and loving husband
